Our History

Kalispell Auto Group has been proudly serving the Flathead Valley for over a decade, building a strong reputation for customer service, transparency, and growth. The journey began in 2007 with the acquisition of what is now Kalispell Toyota, where a customer-first, transparent sales approach was introduced and quickly set the standard for the organization.

Over the years, the group expanded to include Kalispell Ford and Kalispell Volkswagen, bringing together three trusted automotive brands under one unified culture. Today, these dealerships collectively serve more customers and handle more vehicle sales and service than any other automotive group in the Kalispell area.

As part of the larger Rydell Group network, one of the largest dealership groups in the United States, each location operates independently while following a shared philosophy centered on integrity, employee development, and exceptional customer experiences.

Continued growth led to the expansion and consolidation of locations, including the development of the current Kalispell Ford facility on Highway 93 South and the transition of Whitefish locations into the Kalispell Auto Group family. This growth solidified the group’s presence as a leading automotive provider in Northwest Montana.
